"Reflecting on our Experience at Logistics & Transports EXPO: Shaping the Future of Supply Chain Management"

Updated: May 8

We're thrilled to share our amazing experience at the recent Logistics & Transports EXPO in Thessaloniki, where we had the opportunity not only to meet new people and engage in meaningful conversations but also to co-host a significant conference on a topic crucial to the business world.

During the exhibition, we proudly co-hosted the conference "HR & Logistics in the New Reality" with Supply Chain Magazine. This conference focused on the critical issue of finding and retaining staff in the supply chain industry, bringing together industry leaders, experts, and professionals to discuss strategies for overcoming staffing challenges and building resilient teams. Additionally, a research conducted by Mentor-Chain was presented, sparking further discussion on the topic.

Anestis Magkanaris, Founder of Mentor-Chain, presented the results of this research during the conference. These insights, based on the responses of participating companies, provided valuable information, shedding light on the main factors contributing to the challenges of finding and retaining staff in the supply chain industry, along with potential solutions.

Throughout the 3-day exhibition, we had the pleasure of meeting numerous students who showed a genuine interest in supply chain management. It was inspiring to see the next generation of professionals eager to learn and contribute to this dynamic industry.

We're grateful for the opportunity to connect with industry experts, share our knowledge, and collaborate on solutions to common challenges facing the supply chain community.

A big thank you to everyone who visited our booth, participated in the conference, contributed to the discussions, and made it a resounding success. We look forward to continuing the conversation and working together towards a more innovative and efficient future in supply chain management.
